2020-2022: Actuarial Analyst, IFRS17, Reserving, Munich Re {FTE}

• • • Key role in the specification, development & testing of an in house IFRS17 financial reporting solution (actuarial components thereof).
    • Supported the specification, development and testing of IFRS17 reporting systems, focusing on the premiums and claims components (gross and ceded). Identify data gaps where these exist, and liaise with other business departments as needed to address any key limitations.Working collaboratively with the Finance and IT project members to identify project dependencies and leverage the knowledge and skills of the wider team.
      
    • Prepared submissions as required for Munich Re’s IFRS17 integration tests, and undertook the required reporting duties at the level of granularity specified.
    • Also assisted as needed with the Syndicate reserving and reporting processes
